You can place orders by phone or Fax

• To place an order simply call us at our toll free number 1.800.862.1447.  Please have your customer account number or customer phone number ready.
• When placing orders by phone, please quote code numbers and a brief description to avoid receiving unwanted merchandise.

H.S.T.

Starting July 1st 2010, all goods will be charged H.S.T.

Returns and Claims

• For hygiene purposes, no products shall be returned unless confirmation from staff has been given.
• In case of complaints about the quality of any product, terms and conditions, notice of claim must be given within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Any justified complaints will be met.

Shipping

• Fernandas offers free shipping charge anywhere in G.T.A for orders over $300. Out of G.T.A are subject to a shipping charge. *
• For C.O.D. orders, a charge of $7.00 is added.
• For orders under $300, a shipping charge is subject to the order
• Orders of Equipment and Furniture are subject to separate shipping charges (which will be quoted by Fernandas)
• All orders are shipped via Canpar Courier Service. Shipping fees are determined by weight.

* Gallons are excluded, determined on the ammount of Gallons. Subject to Approval.

Terms

• All accounts are C.O.D. unless approved as a credit account.
• All credit accounts are Net 30 days form Invoice Date; 2%interest is automatically charged to all overdue credit accounts.
