The unit has a compressor, a vacuum pump, and a pressure regulator inside. It has 2 canisters, on for nen aluminum micro crystals and one for collecting used crystals. It also comes equipped with an aluminum lightweight hand-piece with flexible polystyrene tubing that connects t the unit. The control knob in front allows the operator to control the amount of vacuum pressure that determines the micro crystal flow rate. The operator controls that abrasive depth by moving the hand piece slowly over the skin. Slow, long movement help resurface more skin cells.
Dermabrasion is complemented by a remarkable, unique self-cleaning feature. Pushing the Reverse Flush Button will activate the automatic cleaning whenever it is desired. Furthermore, pushing the button again while tapping gently on the opening of the handle's tip will recalculate the air through the tube to remove obstructive debris or clogged crystals.
