The E-Plus Ion Spa machine generates negative potential field in the water and these negative field travel to the body to re-activate and re-charge the positively (unbalanced) charged human cell.
A water molecule is composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. When the molecule loses a hydrogen atom, the remaining OH molecule takes on a negative charge.
