WHAT IT DOES • Provides a superior adhesion layer for SHELLAC™ Color Coat to natural nails. • Responsible for the quick release of the SHELLAC™ Brand System from the natural nail when wrapped correctly with pure acetone or OFFLY FAST™ Moisturizing Remover. • Provides the first step in the SHELLAC™ Brand System, anchoring SHELLAC™ Color Coat to the nail.
