How to Use

Before Treatment
The Dr. Pen A11 Microneedling Pen is a high-performance device. Advise clients to avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatories, and fish oil for three days prior.

• Cleanse the skin thoroughly.
• Apply a numbing cream with at least 5% lidocaine, if desired.
• Let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
• Remove with diluted alcohol or 0.1% chlorhexidine.

Setup & Application

Sanitize the pen, prepare a sterile workspace, and pour a small amount of hyaluronic acid serum into a bowl for easy access. Attach a new sterile cartridge and set your desired needle depth.

Microneedling Process

Apply serum and begin needling in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal passes using a grid pattern. Hold the skin taut and avoid bony areas. For large body areas, use 36 to 42-pin cartridges.

Recommended depths: 0.5mm for legs, 1.5mm for fatty areas.
