BioSURF disinfects well in heavy blood and protein environments. It is also effective against mature pellicle colonies of Pseudomonas species.
Why ONE STEP?
Precleaning only spreads bacterial contamination. BioSURF contains special surfactant/detergents that clean and penetrate microbial contamination. If your protocol insists on two step cleaning & disinfection (or there is a large body fluid spill) use BioSURF for both steps to minimize harm to staff and reduce the risk of vector transmission.
The Spray – Wipe technique with BioSURF uses 50% less product than Spray – Wipe – Spray method.
BioSURF will NOT corrode metals, stain or become tacky as do water-based chlorine, Chlorhexidine or iodine products.
BioSURF contains NO phenols or aldehydes. It does NOT contain noted hormone disrupting chemicals or nonyl-phenyl ethoxylate-based surfactants.
BioSURF is kinder to staff as it does NOT contain toxic phenols and aldehydes. Gloves and masks are NOT necessary.
