Description: This penetrating, mineral-rich natural seaweed gel stimulates the lymphatic system to eliminate toxins from environmental pollutants as well as inherent stress-related free radicals. Chondrus crispus algae hydrates, softens and provides nutrition to the skin. Arnica has traditionally been used as an immuno-stimulant and anti-inflammatory. An extract obtained from black willow bark, native to Eastern North America, has been shown to enhance skin cell turnover. The very mild keratolytic effect, attributed to the active salicins, renews rough, tired, dry skin. Overall, this ingredient contributes a smoothing and restorative effect. Katrafay, a rare extract used for centuries in Madagascar, aids in revitalizing and detoxifying the body’s immune and elimination systems. It is traditionally used both internally and topically to restore healthy body tone and eliminate lymphatic sluggishness.
Use: Apply a thin veil to desired areas (neck, chest, underarms, back, and legs) and massage toward the heart; wrap client. Enhance the treatment with thermal blanket, warm moist towels, and/or heat lamps. Let client rest for 20 to 30 minutes. It is not necessary to rinse.
Moisturizer can be applied over gel.
Can be combined with infratherapy treatments.
